Pirzada Muhammad Mukhtar was the 7th and the last son of Pirzada Ghulam Qadir. He was married in 1946 to Batool Khatoon (1921 – 1985 – buried in Miani sb Graveyard, Bahawalpur Road, Lahore – eldest daughter of Syed Mushtaq Ahmad and grand daughter of Mian Fateh Muhammad, Sajjadah Nasheen Hazrat Shah Noor Jamal, Salehren, Hoshiyarpur, India). He was blessed with 2 daughters (Lubena & Rufaida) and 4 sons (Khalid, Abid, Sajid and Wajid).

| 1956-1974 | Lived and worked at Karachi. Started job as purchase/supply officer and then worked as Assistant Controller (PSPC). Got pre-mature retirement in 1974. | 1976-1981 | In the year 1960 a property was received in claim at Aibak road, Anarkali Lahore. It was given on lease up to 1974. After retirement, got it vacated and started a plastic waste factory therein. But after few years, it had to be sold for different reasons including shortage of working capital. |
| After 1981 | He never compromised on education of children and disposed off all his properties (received against claims) at Lahore, Gojra & Karachi for the education of children. After the disposal of properties he passed a complete retired life. | ||

An interesting observation; upto 1990 he was the second one out of 17 brothers, who performed Haj while Ameer Hasan Pirzada was the first one to avail this oppurtunity of performing Haj in 1923 as before 67 years ago. Here we can imagine the state of interest in generation/lineage of Pirzadas related to religious matters during the period after 1870 AD.
About the Grave;
The verse written on his grave plate:
سگِ دربار میراں شو شہ خواہی قربِ ربانی
بر شیراں شرف دارد سگِ دربار جیلانی
The verse (Stanza/Qataa), displayed on his wife’s Grave plate, was written by him with great grief in acknowledgement to his long association with her:
دریغہ اہلیہ من قضا کرد
بود ہر چند منظورِ الہٰی
چہ کردم فکرِ تحریرِ وفاتش
فلک گفتہ کہ مغفورِ الہٰی

Out of his 4 sons/ 2 daughters, Wajid Pirzada (pictured below) proved to be prominent and talented, having global exposure in Education/Proffessional Career & Business due to his longer stay abroad in China (Beijing), which can be viewed on his page.
