Pirzada Ameer Hasan: (01.01.1901 – 25.12.1978)

Pirzada Ameer Hasan was the eldest son of Pirzada Muhammad Hasan and got married in 1928 to Syeda Sardar Begum (1905 – 1975 – daughter of Syed Inayat Shah – she was a daughter of his Paternal Aunt – buried in Miani Sb Graveyard, Bahawalpur Road, Lahore).  He was blessed with 3 daughters (Iffat, Ismat & Riffat) and a son (Azher).

He enjoyed a dignified and spotless career in his life. He was famous for his honesty and devotedness. His detail is given on page# — of the book “Who is who”, written by A & C Black, edition 1918-1930 (imaged below).

He performed Haj in 1923 and interestingly he was the first person (out of 17 cousins’ lot in that generation) to perform this Holy religious obligation while the 2nd cousin who accomplished this noble resposiblity was in 1990 after a period of 67 years. This particular point is highlighted for the awareness of “young Pirzadas” to make them realize that after 1870 AD how casual was our generation related to this religious obligation.

The name of his garden, in “Basti Shaikh Darwesh”, was “Hadiqa-e-Azam”.  He was allotted three properties in Lahore against claim. He was also allotted 40 acres land in Dadu (Sindh) for he was Govt. employee in Karachi.

Out of his 1 son/ 3 daughters, Azhar Pirzada (pictured below) is the prominent one, as being successful in his career and earned great repute for the family.
