Pirzada Abdul Rasheed was the only son of Pirzada Ahmed Bakhsh. He was married to Syeda Zehra Jabeen (1908 – 1961 – daughter of Raees-e-Azam of Jalandhar, Qazi Syed Mehboob Alam – Quaid-e-Azam stayed at “Qazi Bagh” on his visit to Jalandhar in 1942 – she was buried in Miani Sb Graveyard, Bahawalpur Road, Lahore). He was blessed with 4 daughters (Nuzhat, Narjis, Durr-e-Sameen and Nasreen) and 4 sons (Ather, Khawar, Pervaiz and Aurangzeb).

He completed his Education & Career away from Jalandhar while the garden (which was his property) in Basti Shaikh Durwesh was called “Bagheechi Baagh”.

About the prominent Offspring;
Out of his 4 sons/ 4 daughters, all of them added good name to the family by showing great performance in their fields, but Colonel (Retd) Khawar Pirzada (pictured below) had a very respectable career, who served the country with the dignity as an Ambassador in two different countries.
